I have worked with Beckenham PCN and supported them in managing ARRS recruitment, preparing IT clinical system launch (EMIS Web) and other adhoc requirements.
ARYAN MEDICAL CENTRE
AMC approached me for CQC Compliance preparation. An external and internal inspection of the premises was undertaken and a detailed report was provided advising the changes and improvements which need to be made towards compliance. Numerous policies and procedures were put in place. A total revisit of all posters in the surgery was done ensuring display of only relevant information on all notice boards. All preparation towards staff appraisal was made and handed over for execution.
Intelligent Actions
My collaborative work with Intelligent Actions involve process mapping and digitalisation aiming towards automation of the process. This escalates the business/organisation to a much higher value and empowers them with expeditive means of optimising and improvising their existing processes.
5 PCNS in Barking & Dagenham
I have worked and supported 5 PCNs in Barking and Dagenham. The main work was around site feasibility for Covid vaccinations which involved exensive work and numerous meetings/discussions in selecting the sites, patient journey mapping, SOP preparation, liaising with Borough for easing parking restrictions, ensuring supplies, fridges, medical consumables etc with NHS England etc.
